  • Guest：The B59 is quite modern and well-appointed by Icelandic standards - the water view from the top floor balconies is excellent. Still there are some rough edges - service is a bit haphazard, the hot tub is indoors rather than outside, very limited food options off season.
  • Guest：Good location for visiting the snaefellsness peninsula. We had room 511 -corner room with two huge all glass window walls. Beautiful view. Breakfast was typical. Breads, cereals, eggs, sausages, juices, muffins. Very clean and modern however only one plug and no usb by bedside. Also, WiFi on 5th floor didn’t work. We were there two nights, complained to front desk. The young woman came up with ladder to try to reset router. But it still didn’t work. Management didn’t show up to help in two days. At $400 per nigh, not have WiFi was a big disappointment and inconvenience as we couldn’t upload photos or download our plans for next day without going to the lobby.
  • Guest：Chambre double réservée, se trouvant avec une chambre twin puis après réclamation avec chambre pour handicapé et des draps troués dans un hotel quasiment vide. Personnel limite agréable et peu serviable. Tarif exorbitant 325€ sans le petit-déjeuner déjeuner et sans l’accès au Spa. On va appeler ca du vol! Dommage, d’autres h?tels et guest-house sont beaucoup plus luxueux ( n offrant un environnement de rêve et des installations haute de gamme pour un prix largement inférieur. Conclusion, économisez votre argent et cherchez ailleurs
  • Guest：It is a clean but sterile hotel. Nobody ever on reception in the evening so left us waiting to check in and same happened the following evening to others. Single slim pillow isn't enough but the huge thick duvet overwhelms and we were too hot. WiFi still broken. Restaurant staff are nice and food pretty good although half the outlets weren't open (skyr bar or pizza). Its good enough and in a good location.
