Guest：first time in this hotel. This is the best hotel in Mali. I checked the other hotels but i did not like them. Here rooms are large, hotel airconditioning is perfect, clean everywhere, food in restaurant very good, free shuttle bus service, ESPECIALLY MR MOUSTAPHA DEMBELE IN RECEPTION PERFECT. He helped me a lot. Especially from Mali to Togo, there is a covid procedure and web site demanded a lot of information. During these transactions, nearly 50 minutes with very big patience, he helped me from heart. I will never forget this. I thank him and Azalai Management a lot. première fois dans cet h?tel. Guest：The hotel is very comfortable and safe. I spent almost two weeks here and I had only a few issues. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and they even have a Nespresso machine. Lunch was a little bit problematic because as a vegetarian I found almost no options. I had a real hard time with meals as all the dishes were mixed with meat or fish. They make nice pizzas by the pool so I started skipping lunch and waiting until the evening to have a pizza. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only problem I had was that in the last 4 days they started randomly cutting off the water supply so I had to guess when I could shower. I am not sure if it was a specific issue but it was very annoying as you could find yourself with no water half way through brushing your teeth or having a shower. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I would return but perhaps eat somewhere else.
