Guest：Excelent hotel with good location (at least for skiing), cleanness, very friendly and supportive staff. Large and modern decorated rooms. Great and diversified food on both breakfast and dinner; chef style 5 course dinner. Two nice and clean wellness areas. I highly recommend this hotel for skiing and hiking.
Guest：We were received with a personal welcome from the owner son Simon. Very warm welcome. To our surpise our room was upgraded to the marvelous penthouse room. The hotel is extremely comfortable. It is full of details that made our stay truly great; one them the wellness with a lot of different saunas, resting areas and outdoor poll for kids; unforgetablle experience! The room was of high quality; great beds, wonderful shower and best of all big spaceous terasse with a mountain view. Everything clean, new and tastefull. Varied choice of food at breakfast and dinner and all high quality. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.
Guest：Wonderfull family hotel for skiing/hiking holiday. Ried/Gipffel cablecar station is just across the street in front of the hotel, hotel is cosy, very friendly stuff. It has nice sauna and small pool to relax after skiing day just befor 4 course wonderfull dinner. There is always option to ask something simple for kids if they are more into french fries and chicken nugets than shef specialities ??. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice for everyone with egg, celery, salad, veggy, fruit and local bread varaities.
