Guest：We rented a condo from Playa Moments. The Check in was easy and communication was timely. Condo was clean, it needed some tlc but wasn't my job to fix it, so it was easy to overlook and enjoy my time. Aldea Thai is a great complex, Common areas are well kept and clean. Location is good, 1/2 block from Aldea Thai's entrance is Playa Mamitas beach. And on either side are two of the best beach clubs. Mamitas beach club and Coralina's Daylight club. On the same block you have a 7-11, Oxxo, El Patio restaurant, Freshy Fish, Subway, and 2 massage places. Two blocks away is Quinta Avenida(5th Ave). with all of it's dining and shopping options. The swim up bar is run by El Patio restaurant across the street, serving great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Pizza, Milanesa(chicken or beef),and the must try Empanadas ( Criolla, Chipotle Chicken, and Northern meats) We had all of these options and everything was delicious. At the swim up bar you will find Pablo. Who takes your food order runs around the pool down the front stairs and across the street to El Patio and back with a smile on his face and a "no problem it's my job attitude". While still being our go to Guy for Info on PDC, my very patient spanish tutor, who even let our 18yo niece be DJ for a couple of hours much to the displeasure of some of the other guests I'm sure, lol. I can't express how much Pablo added to our enjoyment of this complex.
Guest：This was a great location for our family trip. The local beach was awesome. The restaurants in the area were great. It is an easy walk to the main shopping road. The staff was easy to work with and quick to help us hen asked. The buildings were clean.
Guest：I want to rebut some of the negative reviews. We did not find this place scruffy at all, the water effects throughout the complex were calming, not smelly. The towels are fine, and the curtains do close. Maybe there was an upgrade since some of the older reviews? Anyway, no complaints at all for our 2025 trip. The swim-up bard was a nice surprise. Pool was lovely. And then the location was great. A short walk to the beach and also a short walk back into the bustling pedestrian zone. We got 2 bedroom condo. Very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay at Aldea Thai again. There are some beautiful penthouse condos on the roof of the hotel with a private deck. Might try one of those next time.
Guest：In die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick ganz chick aber dann ist st?ndig irgendetwas defekt (bei uns z.B. die Klimaanlage und die Pumpe des Privatpools).
