Guest：Would absolutely recommend this motel to anyone looking for accommodation in Whakatane. We were only there one night as we were passing through, but it's the kind of place you would return to just for the accommodation and then see what Whakatane has to offer. Hosts were lovely, room was quiet, modern, clean and super comfortable. Don't even get me started on the amazing giant spa bath or beautiful cooked breakfast that was better than I've had at a number of cafes. We will 100% return, and for longer next time!
Guest：Stayed 4 nights in a Studio spa room. Lovely clean modern room, quality bedding, double glazing, hardly any exterior sound, great shower and spa bath. Has a heat pump and numbered parking. Just a short car ride over to Ohope Beach. Great hosts. Would defiantely stay again.

The apartment was exactly as the photos - perhaps even nicer, as this place is very well kept, the apartment felt brand new, and the team here have been fantastic.
Guest：37 The Landing is a beautiful place to stay. From the time we arrived at reception to be greeted by smiles to the room itself. Everything is wonderful. The room is spotless, the bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable. We stay here whenever we are in Whakatane and rate it highly.
