Guest：We booked the entire property for wedding! The property has good scenic view and rooms are spacious but what makes it exceptional is staff. We were greeted with warm welcome, they went out of the way to make our stay exceptional. Staff was polite, always carrying smile and responsive. Let’s not forget the food during entire stay and events were amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh Ji for making the food management so good. We were given adequate prior information and everything was handled with professionalism. we are so glad we made a right decision choosing this property for our wedding. The lady in front office and the other lady on bar were very sweet, we loved the hospitality and food and that’s all we were looking for. Once again, thank you for making us feel welcomed!
Guest：The Zion, Shimla is a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The ambience is nice and relaxing, and the rooms offer great views of the surrounding hills. The food is a highlight, with a good breakfast spread, served with excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to unwind, must visit.
