  • 会员9233：温泉水很脏，而且我们是7.25号让她放的水，天气预报是没有太阳的，但是她工作人员给我们发的视频是有太阳，（第一个和第三个，中间的是温泉水）而且味道特别大，不是消毒水的味道，说不出来是什么味道，给老板打电话，老板一直没有接，等我们退房都走了，才说不好意思，没有看到电话，而且我们自己导航到了他们别墅外面，打老板电话一直也是不接，都过了差不多半个多小时了，才有人联系我们，我们都是带老人，小朋友出去的，就让我们自己找了一大圈！

  • 会员5416：房东和管家都很热心，浴池有仔细消毒。棋牌也有，厨房除了调料，用具都很全面。非常满意的一次住宿。
  • 会员5124：位置在花水湾的月麓湾里面很好找，特别适合家庭出游，尤其带娃出行，特别要说一下院子里面滴温泉，管家等我们到了才给我清洗消毒放水，真滴很方便，不用拎着大包小包大老远找温泉池，而且房间暖气十足很暖和，总之体验感不错，推荐退款👍👍
