  • 会员9312：九龙国际算是建湖不是第一也是第二的酒店了，五一在这边订了一个行政套房，五个大床，一个双床房，订了一个包厢吃晚饭。下面说说住的情况。 酒店地理位置很好，对面双湖公园，建湖最豪华地段，大厅设施也一流。 BUT，先谈入住房间吧，行政套房面积很大，但是设施只能说一般，可能这个房间住的人不多，空调也不给力。五个大床和双人由于朋友住的，只看了一眼地方不大，配不上这个等级吧。 最后，谈下他们家的服务，不敢恭维，只能说差的连普通路边餐馆都不如。五月一日晚上本人提前订的包厢，酒店上菜的速度非常慢，催促服务员基本上服务员的态度就是你催也没用，今晚就这样，爱咋咋的吧。可能看我们一桌的年轻人和小孩子就想糊弄，本人没有计较。后来上菜比菜单少了几道菜，由于本人是在线提前订的包厢，付了定金，价钱按人算200一位。最后让服务员找经理对峙，来了个厨师，反正没有道歉的意思，就是意思十二个人的包厢来了十个人他们就删了几个菜，我就呵呵了，预订的时候电话里不说，而且删什么菜也不会跟客户说，私自决定，还毫无谦意，就是觉得我在建湖我最牛，你能把我怎么样的态度。 由于本人不常在家里请客办饭，想当然的觉得星级越高的酒店就会好，大错特错，建议大家以后选择谨慎考虑。另外他家酒店虽说五星级，门口也不会有服务员帮你拿东西，哪怕你东西再多也不会，只会看你车停哪，别停错地方，其他他们看不见。呵呵。 一个字总结下这个酒店，呸(*｀へ´*)！
