会员4720：柏联温泉酒店，是我们全家住过最温馨最惬意的酒店，酒店的装修和设施完全是我想要的理想中的样子。醉了～最值得称赞的是服务！前台彬彬在未到店前一天就取得联系，到店后细微体贴。酒店的每一位服务人员都给我留下了深刻的心印象，也让我记住了点点滴滴的美好。这次全家人入住了双房别墅：大客厅，双卧室，双温泉～完美～一定再来！
会员5059：到达的第一时间就收到大堂工作人员陈应从小姐姐的热情接待，办入住时端上的热茶非常顺口。在酒店住了一周，虽然后三天只有我们两间客房在入住，但工作人员随时都能提供周到服务，整体入住体验好评。茶园的芬姐也非常专业耐心，每天喝茶时学到很多关于普洱的知识，这一次度假总体非常满意。再次感谢陈应从小姐姐全程的专业、热情、周到！
会员4117：为了体验一次柏联特意飞来腾冲。总体而言还不错，酒店就在古镇一边，客人可以免费领取古镇门票，酒店也有车队会送客人去古镇。酒店本身据说只有35个房间，我们住的是普通的汤屋，进入房间以后，房间格局跟很多庭院式酒店都比较像，有住宿的区域，有洗漱区域，还有一个小客厅，跟安麓这些比较像。房间还有一个室外的泡池，每天有固定的时间可以泡热水。这个是比较特色的。酒店最有名的是它的温泉，对外售票挺贵的，对住宿客人免费畅游。泡池掩映在林间，不过和多数的森林温泉挺像的。原本有20多个泡池，现在可能是淡季，只开了7个，游客和住客都不多，可以单独泡到一个池子。酒店服务人员没有看到很多，但服务态度都比较好。酒店车队挺热情，但是价格比较高，相比而言，如果出行次数不多，还是打车比较划算。另外就是车队司机说送机也免费，但前台服务员却说是不免费的，这一点不一致，给客人的感觉显得不规范了。综合而言，酒店的性价比一般，我觉得这种淡季其实2000-3000的房晚价格在心理上比较好接受，以目前这个价格来看，没有那种惊艳的感觉。
会员3049：和顺柏联是我的第一次柏联体验，这次住了两个房型，双卧别墅确实很不错，分别有两个室外私汤面对和顺村里的小溪。之前的庭院房自然采光有问题，即使在大正午不开灯的话感觉还是个暗房，私汤对着一个水平台，稍稍有点不安全感。附送的下午茶体验，茶室和茶艺师小姐姐都非常好，结果就是都买了很多柏联的茶做手办。在这里要吐槽的是早餐！这个早餐是在是太差了。。。三星级标准吧，对于我们这一组一直把吃放在第一位的闺蜜团来说真的是结束无能。特别是之前两天在石头纪的早餐和这个有了个鲜明的对比，就这个早餐已经失去了我们对继续体验柏联的心❤️，另外可能因为是旺季，前台入住和退房以及平时的对答服务也不是一个豪华五星级的水准，看着全手写的房间分配表我也是替他们脑瓜疼。
