Guest：Bring you back to the rustic era. There are lifts. Helpful spec lady reception. In front of the lake. Near ferry, bus & regional train station. Walking distance to the tram up the mountain.
Guest：I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

Guest：衞生特別乾凈，服務很好，就在Como Lago火車站附近，而且就在科莫湖邊，43號房是帶陽臺的可以看到湖跟馬路，1樓3號房靠湖邊（樓層高點的會更好）。早餐品種不多，但直接非常好，橄欖油配醋沾著青菜吃很好吃。
