Guest：Very good location and parking facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good and spacy rooms. Nice breakfast.
Guest：This is my second time staying here. Unlike the first time, however, I had a dirty room for three days and even though I asked for it to be cleaned, they only changed the towels and that was it! The two waitresses at the hotel restaurant were really embarrassing! They didn't apply customer discounts to me, they didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for it, they didn't understand orders and were slow in serving! I think they should select the staff more carefully!
Guest：No air condition, poor breakfast (vs. Other Scandic Hotels), i’m not sure, if there was cleaning at all- Sheets were clean-room was terrible- after all it was (supposed to be) a superior room - for family.
