  • Guest：Breakfast was not free. Not sure why it’s advertised as free but we had to pay for it.
  • Guest：Bed in our initial room was extremely firm, but we asked at the front desk & the lady there very kindly moved us to a new room with a mattress topper. Was apparently the only one in the hotel, so I think we got pretty lucky there but the front desk lady was extremely understanding and friendly about it all. Cleaners were also lovely the one time I met them & room was always very clean.
  • Guest：Room was very clean and spacious. Lovely shower. Would have been nice to have had a coffee/tea machine in the room rather than just a kettle. All of the Staff were extremely helpfull and cheery. Perfect location. Very convenient to access the public car park although we found it difficult to find the entrance initially.
  • Guest：Overall, it was a wonderful three nights stay. We were able to relax the first night to ease our jet lag and rest of the stays were perfect.
