Guest：Great location and even better room. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Will be back!
Guest：Stayed here for a night out with friends. Hotel and room was lovely. Great location for us. Fleet bar was great, expensive but great although you do feel rushed through your food and drinks as they need you out on time for the next booking and they tell you 30mins before the end of your two hours that its last orders for drinks for you. Not very relaxing. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the front of house girl, she was lovely. Only negative they don't give you complimentary water in your room. $5 for a small can of still water. That's a rip off. They should provide free bottled water to their guests, its standard everywhere else. All in all a good stay and did what we needed it to do.
Guest：Earlier check in have to pay extra AUD 100 , first time I encounter this kind of service , not a friendly hotel.
Guest：Top quality hotel in the perfect place to explore Melbourne and surrounding areas. ?The bed was so comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the city from floor 12. The roof top bar was good with even better views and very helpful and friendly staff.? Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for a city break.
