  • Guest：We loved our week-long stay at Hotel Rosenvilla! Even before we arrived, the communication with the hotel was great—they reached out several times with useful information, including a list of options for New Year’s Eve since most hotels and restaurants require advance booking. They helped us book a nearby option that was so fun and had a great view of the fireworks at midnight. On the first morning after we arrived, my son texted me from the breakfast room saying “The breakfast is spectacular!” Every single person who worked there was so nice and so helpful, but a special shout out to Kenzo at the front desk. He was very professional, but also a lot of fun to talk to. He helped us with several nearby restaurant recommendations—was nice to have these alternatives in addition to the options in the old town. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped but were about to go under renovation as we left—so I expect they will be even nicer when that is complete. We’ll definitely come back and stay again!
