  • Guest：Long overdue review but my brother and I had a good stay at this hotel on September. The villa and pool were just as we expected. Apart from that what really made our stay were some of the lovely staff that we met! Particularly Alexis at reception, Sophia who was so lovely and Chef who spoiled us with amazing Crete cuisine. Thanks to the bartender Giannis and good conversation! Of course much to be improved in terms of concierge and housekeeping (unfortunately our villa wasn't cleaned everyday). These are things that could be improved to truly make it a 5 star stay. Interestingly the hotel is better known by locals/taxis as Royal Hall. We hope to visit back soon!
  • Guest：We stayed at this fantastic complex of Villas with panoramic view, beginning of December 2025. The Hotel has a la carte Restaurant, bar, Gym, Coiffure etc. The hotel has also a very big public swimming opool but we didn't use it because it was cold. Very friendly cleaning staff and reception staff.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning panoramic views. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with beautiful décor and very comfortable beds. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed to create a experience. The views from the property — especially at sunset — are simply unforgettable. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The pool area is gorgeous, calm, and perfect for relaxing, with plenty of comfortable loungers. Everything feels well organized and never crowded, allowing you to truly unwind. Breakfast was delicious and well presented, with fresh ingredients and a good variety to suit all tastes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is tranquil and refined, making it ideal for couples, families and anyone seeking relaxation away from the busy areas. The Noverian Scenic Malia is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a stylish, serene, and high-quality stay in Crete. We would happily return and recommend it without hesitation. ?????
