Guest：This is not 5 star property , and is not priced like one. There is no swimmable maintained beach around, ocean water is dirty. Food is ok but nothing special. Rooms are clean, watched out for lizards. Pools are busy, ants are everywhere around
Guest：- rooms are spacious and clean 1.They offer limited food options, have no activities to engage the kids or adults in festive season. 2. The full board has many restrictions and fine print conditions. ( Meaning a lot of the items required additional payments) 3. The hotel is boring with no festive mood, good for those looking for silence. 5. Refreshments options are limited. 8. The beach had brown water, (no fault of the hotel) but disappointing to see as you can't go to the beach...
Guest：The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. I loved there being 2 pools, with one for serious swimming. The staff were friendly. However, service was quite slow, and at the family pool I felt that the bar staff could have been more proactive at coming round to see if guests wanted anything. I tried for several minutes to get their attention from across the pool and eventually gave up. The food was generally good, although a bit expensive, and more choice of lunchtime snacks would have been nice (such as pizza, samosas). The fries were terrible, soggy and limp, not crispy and triple cooked as promised. The bar also didn't have all the necessary ingredients to make the cocktails on the menu.
Guest：The rooms were wonderful in that they were quite spacious, the bathrooms were quite updated and the meeting rooms were adequate. There’s easy access to the beach which is always a great add. However, the food here was a let down, in terms of quality, taste and variety.
