Guest：Lovely hotel, shame about our breakfast experience We stayed over night after a meal in Manchester. The room was beautiful with a super comfortable bed. The room temperature was spot on with silent air con. The shower is amazing! The toiletries are beautiful. A bit disappointing that we had to pay for water.The reception stall are all very friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was breakfast. Our order was forgotten about and when it did arrive it was wrong and cold. We were give the veggie breakfast instead of the traditional but where told that bacon and sausage s were following immediately. However, they didn’t arrive. We asked one of the serving staff if we could talk to the manager. It turned out she was the one who had messed up the breakfast. In all it took 1 hour for our breakfast to arrive. I must give a special mention to Gina who was extremely helpful, concerned and went out of her way to respond to our concerns. She was lovely and made us feel listened to and valued. I might have her name wrong but I am sure that the hotel could find out her correct name.
