  • Guest：The hotel is conveniently located within 5-6 minutes walk from Florence SMN train station and major tourist attractions like Santa Maria del Fiore and Academia Gallery. The property is well decorated in modern style and the room is very clean. Yet, the elevators are rather small. For travllers with a load of luagages, it may not be able to carry all of them in one ride. A plus is that the hotel provides unlimited refill of water.
  • Guest：Although the room and bathroom is both tiny but the hotel staff service were excellent and helpful and friendly.
  • Guest：Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel location is wonderful for seeing all the main sights in town. The room is very nice with a comfy bed, and a hot shower. For the price it’s a great location. You do have to refill your own water bottle, but that’s really not a big deal.
  • Guest：My husband and I stayed at the Frame hotel. It was quiet and clean and oh so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was all very helpful, made us feel welcome and all easily conversed with us although we speak almost no Italian. Would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend you stay here.
