Guest：Usually I have a good experience with all Bonvoy member hotels, but this time I am very disappointed. First of all the WIFI connection is very slow: I tried calling the reception from the in-room phone, there is not indication to which number is the reception..so perhaps you can't connect directly? So I called using the Internet phone..they picked up and put down three times..so I made an intercontinental call to the hotel main number and someone finally answered at reception. Second: I had asked the reception if I could borrow a "plug adapter" as my laptop plug doesn't match the German socket: the receptionist said "NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY". I asked another receptionist the next day and she pulled out a big box full of adapters!!!! Third: I come back from a long day of work and the room hasn't been cleaned, the towels haven't been changed and the bed wasn't made: I was explained that for environmental reasons towels are replaced every other day, as well as the room will be serviced every other day.?

Guest：Sehr sch?nes Ambiente. Das Hotel wurde im ehemaligen Schlachthof errichtet und hat ein tolles Charme. Sehr netter und h?flicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
