  • Guest：Location: good as it's walking distance to attractions and metro station Staff: they are wonderful and attentive, especially the front desk staff. We were upgraded to a loft room. Unfortunately, on our 3rd night, there was leaking from the ceiling in the room. They rectified the issue immediately and changed another room for us. There was no fridge in the room, we informed them and they arranged a fridge on the next day when it's available. Room: standard double and was upgraded to loft. Cleanliness is acceptable, just need to improve in certain details. Breakfast: acceptable, not much variety as everyday almost the same type of food. Environment: it's stated as Non-smoking but we could smell smoke everywhere within the hotel (e.g. corridor and stairways). Thank you for the hospitality the staff had provided, esp the lady manager (didn't get her name).
