Guest：This was our 7th visit to this wonderful hotel. We opted for a sea front room, as usual, and were pleased to be shown to our room overlooking the lovely beach. One of the perks of having these rooms is that you get to have your breakfast in the Thalassa restaurant which is right on the front. Here we were magnificently looked after by the lovely Konstantina, Maria and Kostas. They always treat us like Kings and Queens and cannot do enough for us. Maria is always so happy, and Konstantina greets us like family. As well as the Thalassa, Konstantina is also the manager of all of the speciality restaurants which are wonderful. The main restaurant is very big and busy, but there is always plenty of choice. We really like the Meat in and the Azurro which is Italian and wonderful. (Zorba's is great too!) Whilst the hotel is large, it still manages to feel like a Cretan Village, with plenty to see and do. We don't get involved with any of the activities, but there is always something going on, and the children seem well catered for. The beach is lovely, water is delightful later in the year, and the pools are great. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff all go out of their way to say hello and ask if you need anything. There was one elderly lady cleaner who particularly impressed us. We didn't catch her name, but she worked tirelessly. The staff in the main bar also deserve a mention, cocktails are pretty good, especially the bramble (Yum!) All in all, it was another wonderful stay, and we can't wait to go back again next year.

We especially enjoyed your new pastry shop – it was amazing! The staff was excellent, and guest services were always there to help. We’ll definitely be back again!
Guest：We have just returned from our third visit to Nana Golden Beach, and it gets better every time. The 11 nights we spent here were not enough - it really is becoming like a second home to us! Some special moments from this trip in particular include: - Daily yoga with Brenda. This was a highlight of my day. The classes were fun yet challenging, and Brenda is a complete expert. Our 3-year-old attended the kids yoga, too, and had so much fun. Brenda was wonderful with him, always including him alongside the older children. It's amazing that these classes are included as part of your stay. - The seafront breakfast at Thalassa was a joy each morning. The omelettes were made to order and delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and the views to die for! - The Meat In, Azzurro, Zorbas, and Nami a la carte restaurants were all amazing. I will return again purely to have more of the bao buns at Nami! - All of the food is delicious but we particularly enjoyed the ice creams from the vans by the beach and the 3pm gyros served at La Pergola. - The poolside snacks, waters, and ice creams were a lovely touch, too, especially with it being so hot! - The evening entertainment was brilliant as always. I must shout out the Legends show and the Pirate Acrobatic show. Just so much fun! This is a near-perfect resort. There were only a couple of improvements I would suggest, and I'm being picky! - Some guests leave towels on sunbeds despite not using them for most of the day. A policy where towels are removed if not used within X amount of time would help avoid this. There were a couple of times when we struggled to find a spot after 11am. - It would be great if the snacks in the mini bars were topped up after the first day. There were a couple of nights where some emergency crisps would have come in handy to placate a grumpy toddler! It would also be great to have some alcoholic options provided in the mini bar. All in all, a very special stay yet again. Thank you Nana Golden Beach and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Guest：Wonderful resort with the best facilities and friendly staff. We have returned to this resort seven times over the last few years We return simply because as an all inclusive resort you really have everything you need. From checking in and being whisked to your room by one of the friendly knowledgeable porters on a buggy to have them explain everything you can possibly need to the restaurant staff that have become friends. We see the same friendly restaurant staff every year who welcome us back with kindness and respect it really does make the difference. The resort is quite big but easy enough to get around and nothing too far away. Plenty of pools restaurants and bars all easily accessible. We are returning in May for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait to see what new experiences they have this year
