  • Guest：前台沟通有一定问题，最开始办理入住给了顶楼还以为是之前给酒店的备注所以安排比较惊喜，刷了两张卡都打不开房门后返回前台沟通，发现他们内部卡面讯息和给我的房号对不上又等待了几轮沟通处理。这种情况很少见入住那么多地方也是第一次遇到，后续也没有其余的沟通和解释。早餐也是安排比较奇怪，顾客早上排队那么长只和最前排的一组沟通，后面要等待多久还有多少人都没有出面解释，入座的时候发现里面其实有空位但就是不知道为什么让人等待那么久也没有解释。这次和朋友外出没想到有这样的体验，感觉都不理解这样的操作。

  • Guest：Location is perfect to explore all the places of interest from Nagoya as a base. Staff (reception and housekeeping) are very helpful. Great customer service. Room is well maintained and clean. My second time using this hotel. Price is reasonable for such quality.
  • Guest：The location is great!!! We got the corner room which was just sufficient for the 4 of us. I liked that the toilet was spacious and the hotel was generous with the towels. Even provided as extra bed at no charge! Thank you!!! Definitely will come back again. We even caught a glimpse of Mount Fuji before leaving.
