Guest：Absolutely perfect in every way. This is the perfect place for an agriturismo stay with young children. Our apartment was really comfortable with a small kitchen with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and the pools lovely, set up to let your little ones play and run around. Breakfast is a feast of fresh fruit, cheese, ham, cereal, bread and cake. Above all every member of staff is so helpful, caring and hospitable. Faultless! A 5 min drive to town, the beach and some really great restaurants.
Guest：This property is great for families with small children. Nice breakfast selection. Pools were nice. BBQ area for bigger groups. Town of San Vincenzo is really nice. Beaches nice as well, just no parking lots at beach. Nice views. Good wineries just north of hotel with tastings available.
Guest：We had a great stay for 4 days. They helped us check in with ease and brought our luggage to the room for us. Gave us a list of recommended restaurants which did not disappoint. Staff also arranged for us to get picked up from the train station. This was helpful because during the month of August many Italians vacation so the train station seemed somewhat deserted. Very minimal taxi drivers can be found. The room was beautiful and clean. Stove top, pots/pans, fridge/freezer, balcony, safe, etc. The property itself is great but nothing really around it. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, very small children’s park, ping pong table, fusball table. Try to get to a grocery store upon arrival so that you can stock up your fridge. Conad is a beautiful supermarket in town not too far away. Fresh fruit picked from the trees on the property, water and bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, cream) are the only complimentary items you will get from this hotel. We had to rent pool towels for ￡6 each. Apartment door can only be locked on the outside and inside (yes, inside you need the key to lock the door) with a key. No deadbolt. Makes multiple people coming and going at different times difficult if you want to lock the door. Breakfast and lunch was spectacular. Hotel and hotel property are very very safe.
Guest：Wonderful accommodations. Staff was great, room was clean, and the environment was serene. I especially appreciated the working shutters that let the breeze flow through the room in early May. After 2 weeks traveling Europe, my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to relax a bit. It was fantastic having a kitchen to cook our own food. In addition the town was fantastic with just a few minutes drive to get to the beach. We even cooked steaks on their provided grill one evening, using what I think was trimmed olive branches to burn (great flavor). If we ever make it to this area again we will definitely stay here. This was definitely the best place we stayed while traveling Europe for over 3 weeks.
