Guest：We enjoyed our stay at Casa and Dennis Mira Flores. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. It had a good selection, including an omelet station, fresh fruits, variety of pastries, and hot items, such as bacon, eggs, sausages, etc. The room was clean. The pool was fine, but nothing special. The view wasn’t great from our room, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Guest：When we checked in the person at the desk asked us to pay even though we had already paid through **********. We showed a receipt and they still wanted to take a guarantee from a card. The next day it was fine and the payment was cancelled but unbelivable bug in hotel rated like this. Also how we were trested was not good customer service as we showed that the reservation was paid in full.

Equipe muito bem treinada, extremamente gentil e preocupada com o bem estar dos hóspedes. O único ponto que n?o considerei a altura dos demais servi?os foi com rela??o a manuten??o/decora??o dos quartos. Tudo funciona, a manuten??o é boa, mas o prédio e a decora??o já s?o antigas, e poderia haver uma reforma quanto a isso. Mas esse fato n?o diminui o atendimento de altíssimo nível, tudo funciona com excelência, além da ótima localiza??o, perto de tudo. Indico com tranquilidade.
