Guest：The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too
