  • Guest：前台服务态度一般（有一个态度很好，有一个不太友好），酒店衞生质量有待提升，房间内有异味儿，酒店隔音效果不好，居住当天旁边有个女的晚上一直在哭，有点吓人，价格倒是可以，距离古城近，酒店提供的早餐太寒酸了，早餐衞生也不行。
  • Guest：一进房间就看到衞生不合格，??我马上打了电话，前台説给我换房，让保洁阿姨给我送房卡，阿姨上来给我看了另一个房间，我觉得那个房间隔壁有人打麻将声音可乱，我问她是否还有其他房间，她嫌麻烦不太想给我看其他房间，（也没有明确説没有其他房间了或者满房了等这些情况）还説一开始那个房间就可以，我把垃圾拿走就行，换的房间还不如这个呢，然後我是从外地回来参加第二天的面试的，坐了一天车很累，也不想计较了，就还住的最开始的那个房间??房间设施整体偏旧，想看会电视吧，一直是无信号，心累，连客服电话都不想打了，不看了睡觉??再説早餐，真的很失望，7点开餐，我7点零六分去的，不知道是本来菜品就少还是别人去的早??鸡蛋限量（鸡蛋黄都黑了，不知道啥时候的，不像当天新煮的），包子也很难吃，餐具看着也脏脏的，菜只有一个炒豆芽和一个炒西葫芦，餐厅就很小还热，就是在顶楼搭的一个房子。当时在订酒店时货比好多家，看了好多评论还在城墙附近选中了凯旋门，真不知道咋都是好评??
