A family—run hotel in the most cozy area of the city - on Pionerskiy Prospekt. One of the longest promenades of the Black Sea coast is located along the avenue. 700 meters from the hotel there is a private equipped beach with developed infrastructure. The train station is 4 km away.

The hotel has 140 Standard rooms, which are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, TV, split system, refrigerator, tea station, private bathroom with toiletries. Each room has a balcony.
