Guest：Excellent in every aspect of our stay. This was our first stay and we didn't want to leave. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms, excellent restaurant. We loved the location, the peace and quiet and the attention to detail. We look forward to staying there again and will definitely recommend it.
Guest：Beautiful hotel from the most luxury brandbin Brazil but service of a 2 star hotel . Second time i stay and service always bad . Breakfast gives you possible worst start of day ...as you see lots of employees doing nothing but in an empty room cant bring fried egs or a toast in 30 m . Dinner even with empty restaurant amd again lots of employees takes ages to come. As i said my 3nd experience here in 2 years both very bad and not comparable to other Fasano hotels in Brazil
Guest：The hotel was sheek and comfortable in a nice area along pretty tree lined streets and the service was very attentive. The room was also very modern and peaceful. The food was not great at all, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a problem with the hot water. For the high price of this hotel, those issues were a problem. I would recommend others give it a chance however. And I’d recommend the hotel is over charging for rooms.
