Guest：The staff are brilliant, the accommodation is delightful and the heated pools are superb. But, here is my very personal short list to perfection. 1. Bedside lights you can actually use for reading. 2. Tolerable audio on the flat-screen TV fixed to the wall. 3. An armchair in the living room (A recliner would be heavenly.) 4. A couple of towel rails in the bathroom to dry damp towels and costumes. 5. Sufficient hangers in the cupboard to hang clothes. 6. Restful music in the dining room rather than wailing pop stars.
