  • 会员8698：定的家庭套房没有给预留，到酒店的时候和我们说没有了，但是最终解决方案是按照原价格给我们两个标间，这点还不错。没有热水（放了很久都没热，服务员说给看看，一直也没见到来人），让客服多拿床被子也没给拿来，其他的方面还可以
  • 会员8345：整体可以的。很好！。。。
  • 小倩：卫生间味儿一直很大，还有一大圈头发，放十多分钟终于有热水了，可是水小得可怜，枕头、床单上还有印子，一看就是没有更换，卫生太不干净了。
  • 卡布奇诺：环境特别好，房间很大，设施齐全，值得推荐！
