  • 会员2869：和老公一起来的，在天柱山附近这边酒店算是相当好的了。睡得很舒服，枕头很好，老公对枕头和床垫比较挑剔，睡了一晚后表示以后还会来。前台服务接待很好，帮升级了房间。停车非常方便，周边也有很多餐饮店，很近的地方有一家大超市。好评哈(*^▽^)/★*☆
  • 会员4647：客房服务不错，晚上回来后还有酸奶赠送。但是餐饮部不得不吐槽一下，酒店内部是没有竞争力吧，才造成这样的服务态度！晚上看到中餐厅有地方特色菜，去了一问有宴会，但是前台直接和我说：你去西餐厅吧，今晚没时间。我表示想吃中餐，要了菜单，前台告诉我：你点吧，大部分菜都没有（明摆着不做生意）。我开始点的时候，和她说话，我清楚的记得我说了五遍：我要点餐，这个菜有没有。当时就隔着一个四十公分的桌子，排除她听不见的可能！很确定很确定她就是不理我！看着我翻白眼！最后只能到酒店外面吃饭！外地来一趟只想吃本地特色菜，而不是哪都有的自助餐！这个态度实在有损你们“第一”的名誉。客房部再好都会被餐饮部拉低，一荣俱荣一损俱损！

  • Lily：带宝宝入住真的很合适，对小孩子很友好，入住就会送小礼品，自助餐厅也挺好的，啥都有吃的，而且还有宝宝围兜，真的很惊喜，旁边就是好又多超市，对面很多餐馆吃，虽然是最贵的，也都不想换了，估计应该是当地最气派的酒店，每天都是婚礼简直没有断过
