Guest：We stayed in 3 bedded family room from 2-7-23 to 4-7-23.Reservation was done through telephone.Check in was ok. Check in/out is 24 hrs.The room is spacious for 3 persons.Location is very good.A/C is working but some funtions are not available in remote. when we came back after temple visit gyser is not switching on. They switched on after complaint.This is what happening in some cheap hotels but didn't expect at this hotel . Tv is not working when we entered the room & made alright after half an hour.Thease things should be taken care of before check in.There is only 2 charging points.One is malfunctioning & the other is not working. The receptionist (Mr. mahadevan)seems to be new & needs training to attend the complaints of clients.Toilet & general cleanliness is ok.The staff are polite & courteous. No restaurant in the hotel but available near by.Once they clear out these defects this hotel will be good.

Guest：The staff is beyond exceptional. The structure is in a perfect location to reach pretty much everything in minutes or even walking. Spotless clean, no fear of getting anything here, GREAT FOOD, 4G wi-fi with no hick-ups, QUALITY TOILETRY , lush vegetation right outside the window, super quiet and filled with MAGNIFICENT BIG HEARTED STUFF.
Guest：I strongly recommend Hotel Diamante for many reasons: - Location, 20 minutes away from Malpensa airport. Prefect stop before/after a long international flight. - Service, the staff is exceptional. - Cleanliness, everywhere is spotless and clean. - HVAC, brand new system and you can breath clean air for a perfect sleep. - Bed, the mattress and bed linen are amazing, the best sleep ever! I asked for the brand of the mattress to purchase home. - Parking, free gated parking. - Garden, peaceful landscape all around Hotel for a relaxing experience. - Meal, breakfast is rich and high quality of food, full bar in the lobby for a traditional Italian aperitivo in the evening. A truly OASIS outside Milan City!
