  • Guest：Broken tap, door lock and poor noise cancellation My tap was not attached to the sink properly, second lock in a door didn't work properly so I didn't feel safe. Moreover, train is going next to the hotel which means a lot of noise because noice cancellation is so poor. Room was really cold, AC was set to 18. Didn't help to turn it of, it was still cold whole night. Do not recommend this hotel.
  • Guest：Good value for money The Hotel was Okey , the bathroom was a bit smelly. Other than that for the low Price it was a fine place to sleep. The staff is freindly and helping. If I have to go to Rotterdam again , this could be the hotel that I’am booking again.
  • Guest：Robby, Kimberly and Fabion were all wonderful. They were accommodating, curious and always professional. The property is convenient to rail and a short trip to The Hague. I highly recommend this property.
  • Guest：Parking was secure. Easy to get to via auto.
