Charushin Hotel building is an architectural asset under state protection, located in the historical and business centre of the city. The hotel was established in 1937 and reconstructed in 2002.

Nowadays it offers 96 rooms of various categories. The rooms include the following amenities - modern furniture, telephone, TV, mini bar, shower cubicle or bathtub. Every morning guests are offered breakfast. The hotel is equipped with central air conditioning, independent hot water supply, satellite TV, to-date fire-alarm system, security system, and video monitoring.

Dining is available on site at the spacious Rossiya Restaurant with 150 seats, offering dishes of Russian, European and Mediterranean cuisine, specialties and cocktails. The venue suits well for any occasion, be it a relaxed meal, a business appointment, a get-together with an old friend, a festive banquette or a wedding reception. Those who fancy Russian billiards are welcome to the hotel's billiards hall, divided into two areas. Here guests can have a good time while enjoying the noble game, have something to eat, or explore the drinks menu at the bar. Conferences and presentations can be arranged at the hotel's state-of-the-art conference hall with all the necessary equipment - projector, screen, interactive board, two LCD screens, sound system, two microphones, and pulpit with stationary microphone. Depending on the furniture layout, the hall can accommodate from 40 to 70 people. Coffee breaks are available for participants.
