  • Guest：I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in York. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near the city center, making it easy to explore all the historic attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Their excellent service made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting York!
  • Guest：The room was clean and the staff was quite friendly. however, they assigned us the room next to the student tour. The students next door were very noisy at midnight that I had to call the reception to help me out. Finally they stopped at one o'clock. The hotel should know all the booking in advance and I am very upset the assigned room cos I didnt have a good sleep that night. Plus, the room I ordered was three beds because we wanted to have some spaces to each other. We didnt expect that twin bed was literally next to each other without any space. I could call that was a king size bed.
