  • Guest：Excellent service. Rooms are old but we'll maintained. Aircon is loud and not the most efficient. Food is average for a high end resort. Even the speciality restaurant food was average. We tried the Italiana nd Pan Asian food at €25 surcharge. The pools are awsome. Drinks are well made. The Plam restaurant out door restaurant lunch is very good. Special mention to the efficient and courteous service staff. The Breakfast staff are very efficient and service with a smile. The Spa is good. The only down side is the mineral oil they use is not good. They must use premium oils for a €220 massage. The steam and Hamam were good. Over all the experience was excellent. The reception welcome is warm and welcoming.

  • Guest：I recently stayed at the Kempinski The Dome Belek and I have to say I am shocked by the level of service. This is definitely not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The guest relations staff are completely untrained, they lack basic manners, and they can’t communicate properly in English. On top of that, the extra rental facilities like cabanas are dirty, there’s no proper system, and you feel like you’re a nuisance just for asking for anything. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a five-star rating at all—I’d say even four stars is too generous. The rooms are clean, I can’t complain about that, and the food was decent on Friday when they had a Turkish-themed buffet. But on other days it was just repetitive and nothing special, not at all as they advertise. This is not Kempinsky hotel
