Guest：Gym does not exist, should Not listing gym on the web, lots+++ of mosquito in the lobby, inadequate electrical outlet in the hotel room. Very very poor WIFI connection. No pool towels, yet stated pool towels availability. Beside the above deficient, the staff are friendly and good location
Guest：I made two rooms reservations for me , my husband and my other two family members. ?We were there around 8 pm. The hotel is inside very narrow alley and hard to find the parking.. so my husband dropped me off with our luggage to checkin first and then to find the parking. The other two members came with another car later. I went to checkin and provided my passport for copy. The front desk lady insisted that she need all four passports before giving me my room key. I told her when other members came they will definitely provide their passports for copies. The reception lady was mean and still insisted she needed all four passports before giving my room key. I was not happy with her attitude and it’s not reasonable. And finally the other guy helped to give me my room key. The hotel parking was difficult to find because it’s on the back side of the hotel and can not find with google map.? The room and bathroom were very outdated and not comfortable at all. No plugs for charging by bedside. Very old towels. Not comfortable at all. Fortunately we only stay there for one night. I would certainly not recommend it.
Guest：Old room with the paint slowly falling off. The drainage in the shower was horrible, every shower was flooded. The hairdryer suddenly fell off the wall as well when using it. On the last day, the staff had also left a cleaning towel next to our sink… I didn’t take pictures sadly.? The staff in the lobby would never look at you when walking to the elevator to say ‘sawadee’ or hello.
Guest：Although the room were quite good, this is the place I never stayed next time. We booked three rooms, and two of us arrived early. The receptionist initially assigned the wrong rooms, which we corrected politely. Her subsequent behavior was completely unacceptable: ? She raised her voice at us despite no wrongdoing on our part. ? She insisted she was not wrong and argued in a hostile manner. ? She ignored me while explaining check-in details only to my male companion, treating me as if I were at fault. ? She spoke negatively about us in her local language to the cashier while we were standing there, which was highly disrespectful. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable in any hospitality setting. The management team said she is having a hearing problem. But a person with hearing problem will just ask “Sorry. Can you repeat that?”. But that staff did not hear what we talked and she even talked with cashier staff about us in negative way. Another thing was Housekeeping service. The replaced towel was placed on a dirty place under sink (in the photo) instead of placing on the rack). I like the room but I won’t stay next time.
