  • Guest：政务接待酒店，除了规模高大上，其他都一般，同等价位能住到更好的酒店，毛巾发黄，房间隔音差，服务冰冷

  • Guest：The room was booked under Non-Smoking, But the room we stayed a strong smell of smoke and has two ashtrays in the room. Don't understand what mean the sign of "NO SMOKING" in this room can offer to Non-Smoking request customer! Even opened windows still has strong smell. So will not recommend to the Non-Smoking customers.
  • Guest：2点15到了酒店没有房，服务员説要等很久才能解决，先用小房过渡一下，我不同意，服务员説当时中午领班下班，要等2点半领班上班才处理。后来加钱升房入住进房间后，电话是坏的，推拉门是坏的。携程管家很赞！
