  • Guest：The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room was good - large, clean, and comfortable. The patio could use a good cleaning. Good area for shopping.
  • Guest：Room was clean on arrival. Towel change every day except Sunday. Coffee and milk not always replenished and bed not made up. Safe threw up an error code the night before our 4am departure. Fortunately I’d decided to have our hand luggage ready. Had this occurred on the morning of our departure we’d have missed the pick up and probably the flight.
  • Guest：There was fresh blood on the cushion on my bed. The bed appeared to have been lain upon. The blanket had not been laundered before being placed in the cupboard. Apart from that I found staff to be helpful, kind & courteous.
  • Guest：Rooms were very untidy and the overall property condition for its age is poor. Very run down. Staff on the front desk were very accommodating when moving rooms for us due to a pest issue on the courtyard side. The rooms however are very dirty and bathroom grates obviously full of hair and grime. Walls you could see visible splatters and marks that could be wiped off.
