The room was nice. It had a little balcony. Bathroom clean. Good location. There was a carpet which we didn’t like and the room smell strongly of cleaning product which was a bit overwhelming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple. We ate rlsewhere

Hotel muy bien ubicado y muy bien atendido por sus propios due?os. Están en cada detalle. Ni bien llegamos al hotel el due?o nos estaba esperando con las llaves en la mano. Habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con una gran terraza. Ropa de cama buena así como la ropa de ba?o. Los sommier bien cómodos. Desayuno muy abundante con cosas propias del lugar. Recomiendo este hotel para quien vaya a Medjugorje.

L’hotel esteticamente è eccezionale. Ma il servizio è da zero: il proprietario è maleducato ha ripreso mia figlia solo perché giocava. Pulizia camere inesistente sei completamente abbandonato a te stesso, servizio portineria ricevimento solo diurno i camerieri e la Hostess gentili ma presenti solo mattina e pomeriggio. L’aria condizionata a volte era spenta!!!! Cibo da mensa senza scelta. Per il prezzo che paghi è veramente scioccante e mi ha rovinato il soggiorno. Non tornerei neanche Gratis.

We always look forward to our yearly pilgrimage to Medjugorje & staying in this hotel have always been a happy & enjoyable experience because of their excellent service and delicious food. It is like coming home to a loving family who always welcome us with warmth & love. Thanks to Martin, his beautiful wife & 2 beautiful daughters who are always there to make sure we have everything we need. They go the extra mile to help us & this is why we always choose to stay at this hotel every time we visit Medjugorje every year.
