  • Guest：The service was absolutely amazing! Starting from the young woman at the desk to the hostess that handled our room service for breakfast the next morning A+ service.
  • Guest：My wife and I love having our staycations in Old Town, and we love staying at the Alexandria Old Town. The staff was and always is exceptional, plus our room was spotless. We even decided last minute to extend our stay another night, and it was super easy to do that while remaining in our room! There is only one other hotel that we frequent in Old Town, and it is also in the Autograph collection!
  • Guest：Great service and the location is right in the heart of old town. We really enjoyed our stay.
  • Guest：Parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean, unfortunately the sink was slow draining and I am not sure what was with the elevated toilet seat. Overall a nice room, bathroom is due for a refresh. The room heating/cooling system was very loud, probably not much that can be done about that. The staff were friendly and helpful!
