Guest：Not really one to complain but I mostly likely won’t go back to Country Inn again because of the following reasons. -1 body towel in the room (had to get more from the front desk) - no pillow cases at all (had to go back down for them and when I received them I noticed one smelled used and was dirty…the pillows were filthy with stains) - the shower had a big flying roach in it - the waffle maker needs to be upgraded to a newer faster version

Guest：I stayed for the BCS Marathon, this is my go-to hotel every year that I participate in this Marathon due to its location, amazing and accommodating staff, and delicious breakfast. I've been staying at this hotel for this specific event for about 5 years now and they have never let me down. Thank you Country Inn & Suites team
Guest：What a treat and pleasant surprise! I came from San Antonio with my family to visit the Santa's wonderland light show and I was not expecting much but the staff at Country Inn & Suites went above and beyond for my family. They provided complimentary bottled water with no limit, there was cookies and the evening, the front desk staff saw that we had a large family and gave us a complimentary upgrade so that we would have more space. My family and I will make sure to tell our friends about this location and we plan to come back next December!
