会员9720：喜欢这里，环境真的特别特别好而且老板超级热情啊！第一天下火车的时候找不到路老板开车来接我们的！！特别贴心了。酒店很有特色，一些装饰细节处理的很到位，房间内很多实木家具，很有家的感觉，然后还给我们规划路线给我们地图，出去玩有什么不会的找他，他都是秒回！

会员6844：优点：1.环境特别好，不远就有停车场，门口全是绿植，一进门就感觉到了浓郁的湘西气息，大厅还有颗大树做的茶台，简直不要太霸气了！ 2.老板特别好，从我们开始下订单就联系了我们，提醒我们过来玩天气有点冷，记得带厚衣服，提醒我们提前预定。我们是半夜的火车，还特地自己跑到车站去接我们，到了客栈就给我们倒了一杯暖暖的黑茶，给我们介绍张家界的风景民俗。 3.就在天门山景区附近，距离火车站、汽车站和飞机场的都很近，不管去交通哪儿都很方便，周边吃的也很多，可以提供给不一样的人选择，老板推荐的早餐店和餐厅都很不错。 4.客栈设施很完善，洗漱用品全部都有，WIFI很给力,热水很充足，床垫睡着也很舒服。 5.房间很干净，一点都不潮湿，而且竟然还配有电梯，真的没有想到。楼顶还有个大大的阳台可以洗衣服晾晒，在上面，还有个小亭子可以坐欣赏天门山的景色。 6.老板还给帮忙预定门票，规划路线，而且都是免费的。缺点：房间稍微有点小，不过两个人也够住。店里没有早餐，不过老板推荐的早餐很好吃。性价比非常高的一家客栈，特别喜欢，真的非常推荐这家店，这是我出来旅游住过最好的酒店，没有之一！
会员7307：超级好! 如果来张家界，真的就是这家了，服务真的非常好。先是天门山索道那边接我到酒店，到店里就很热情，房间开好后，我下楼还给我了包板蓝根，因为天气突然变冷，有点感冒的苗头！楼下有个很大的茶台，大家可以在那边品茶，完全没有隐形消费。就是酒店专门做出来给大家放松休息聊天品茶的，很小哥哥聊了很久，给了我很多上森林公园玩的很有用的建议。酒店房间里很美，很有特色，干净，位置很好，服务100分，真的值得再去！
