Guest：We stayed in the hotel for 8 days with 2 kids ages 8 and 10 for a ski vacation, and had a nice experience. It had some positives and some negatives, and overall I think it's a solid 3 stars. Check in: we arrived at 1am on a bus from the airport , with one more bus as well, and the reception had only one receptionist, so we had to wait a really long time to get our room. Since it was known that the buses will arrive late a better solution for quick check in could have been thought of in advance. Room: we had a room that has a separate bedroom for us and a main room with a pull-out sofa bed for the kids. The room is very spacious and the beds are OK. There is also a fully stocked kitchenette with everything necessary to prepare food on our own. The bathroom had a bath, with an extremely weak water pressure that changed from cold to scalding hot on its own. Also the bath is much too tall and it was hard to get in and out, but that's a Bulgarian thing. The bath was the main problem with the room, but we managed fine. The temperature in the room is nice and cozy. Not important for us but still - the tv's are extremely small, more like a computer screen than a TV, with a large channels selection but not a smart TV with internet and apps. Housekeeping: on our first 2 days the cleaning was great we got back on the afternoon and everything was clean, we received new water bottles and the room was tidy. It only went downhill from there. Starting from the 3rd day, housekeeping didn't come until we specifically requested it, late in the evening. One time they came late and didn't clean the toilet, and one time they didn't come at all so we only requested the necessary items from them. It seems that housekeeping is the main issue in the hotel, but only in the room. The common areas and the spa are very clean and tidy. Breakfast: the breakfast buffet had a good selection, with an omelet station, almost every kind of eggs, meats, pastries, cereal, etc. Although not everything felt always fresh it was mostly good. There are no salads and barely any vegetables. Restaurants: the hotels has a selection of restaurants, we tried the Italian restaurant and the fondue place, both were amazing, high class, great food and service and we highly enjoyed them. Spa: the spa in the hotel is the main attraction. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature, it has several saunas, jacuzzi and other stuff, and it was perfect. We also had treatments that were amazing, and the therapists were the best. Kids activities: although we didn't really tried any, the hotel has a lot of activities and solutions for kids of all ages, and it looks like they really thought about passing time for kids in the hotel which is great. Ski: the hotel has a ski room near the entrance for storage and getting ready, it was actually quite crowded and small, especially when everybody is dressed for ski and the room is hot. There are shuttles to and from the gondola and the mountain, which is great and
Guest：Overall, the hotel is not bad, but unfortunately some of the reception staff are extremely incompetent in many areas. I am disappointed by the fact that the hotel insisted until the very last moment that lift passes could be purchased directly from them — even in the email I received right before check?in — and it turned out this was not true. Moreover, at check?in they didn’t consider it necessary to inform us about this at all, which caused us significant inconvenience.
