Guest：as a couple we have just got back from a 7 night stay at star beach hotel in crete we had a lovely stay our room was situated above the asian resaturant which was lovely and quiet with a balcony sea view which included 2 sun loungers the room itself was very spacious and clean! the maids did a fantastic job adding lovely towel sculptures on the bed after cleaning, there were many different pools around the hotel site to choose from all including snack bars which was great if you felt peckish in the day! there were many sun loungers to choose from. the main restaurant was great there was alot of different choices of foods every single day including the variety of desserts which were very tasty and fresh fruits with plenty of seats to choose from and a seating area outside with a lovely sea view. the staff were very friendly and helpful also. overall we had a lovely holiday here i would definatley reccomend thank you!
Guest：Had a week here in late September 2025. Can’t fault the hotel and water park! Rooms were always cleaned every day and beds made. The whole hotel complex was always clean and always staff buzzing around keeping it all neat and tidy for the guests. Staff were always helpful and friendly and the Entertainment team were amazing! Big shout out to Jayden & Eli, always there with smiles on their faces, talking to all the guests and making the kids holidays even better. The food was unreal……always changing, fresh salads and freshly cooked meats and fish, and amazing desserts. Cold drinks, help yourself beer and a great cocktail list from the bars. The water park was brilliant fun for our kids and us, we all loved the slides and they are building more which looks great! Just a short stroll to the town with bars, shops and restaurants. The go kart track next door to the hotel was a big hit too, kids loved it (so did I!) We stayed in Apollo block which was great for families as it’s just further enough away from the night music for the kids to crash out after the long fun days we had but only a few mins walk to the main pool and bar. Honestly couldn’t fault this place and had the best week. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it a great holiday!!
Guest：Super kind staff , from the reception to kitchen and chef and su chef. The check in was a very good experience, we came to the hotel at the morning before the rooms was ready , there is a changing room for clothes and showers at the lobby to be able to use the hotel facilities from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Our son has a gluten allergy (celiac) , we notified the kitchen stuff , they made sure that every meal had gluten free products and if needed spaecialy made gluten free food for him. The family room is very clean and has comfortable beds and air conditioning. There are several pools and water slides for kids , since we came in October there were no queues which was awesome . Since this is a village and it is big place , it is mostly walking around from pool to pool or bar so keep it mind. For kids activities besides pools and slides , there are dry playgrounds and games for chillier days. Overall we are VERY HAPPY that we came to Star Beach and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Guest：We had the BEST time here, especially with Eli, Jayden and Pia!!!!! We veryyyy enjoyed the water park and the food in the dining room and in the “asian star” restaurant. The shows in the evenings were amazing, we enjoyed every second of them!
