  • Guest:as usual. we always book capri when stayover in jb. spacious room & good customer service
  • Guest:Clean big room but thisi time round I sleep, at night I sweaty because aircon not cold. One night stay only so I can't be bothered to report. As usual, hotel full of noisy cheapos. Spoilt the peaceful hotel atmosphere. Getting more expensive staying at jb now, need save money for next trippy
  • Guest:Overall, I had a good stay and I continue to choose this hotel because I’ve stayed here before and genuinely like it. The rooms, location, and overall experience are still very pleasant. However, the check-in process this time was honestly quite horrendous. The wait was extremely long, and I noticed each guest took around 10-15 minutes to be processed. It also seemed that some staff were unsure of the procedures, which made the whole process feel very inefficient. For me it took almost 30 minutes of waiting time!?? I hope the hotel management can review the workflow and see what can be done to smoothen and streamline the check-in, as this was the only part that really affected the experience. I still like this hotel and would prefer to keep returning, but if the waiting time continues like this, I’m not so sure I would in the future.
  • Guest:Capri JB has always been my choice to stay and this is the 1st time ever, it miserably failed in terms of customer service, all thanks to Ishamudin. The check in queue was already long when we arrived. Took 20mins to be attended. When Ishamudin served us, his replies were curt, not helpful & dismissive (snatched my sister's passport right out of her hand instead of asking for it nicely) He then said only 1 room was ready as we wanted all 3 rooms to be on same floor (we booked 3 rooms btw) and it was already 4.30pm. So he said if we all are going out, then when we come back the other 2 rooms will be ready by then. I then said, it doesn't matter if the rooms are on the same floor, as long as all 3 rooms are ready now (cos we are all tired & sweaty and just wanted to rest). He then snatched my sister's passport out of her hand. Made a call, stared on the computer screen then 5 mins later, just curtly placed 2 room cards on the counter. Without explaining anything, of course I had to ask questions like "when will the 3rd room be ready?" , "how will you be informing us when the 3rd room is ready?", etc I had to ask questions instead of Ishamudin explaining what's going on. Ishamudin then said he will call 1 of the rooms to notify when the 3rd room is ready. Guess what?? At 5.40pm, I had to call the reception to check and find out myself! Asked for Ishamudin & guess what? He was already out from his shift! Explained to the reception & a nice Indian gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) came up to my room (instead of collecting it down at recep) & handed the 3rd room card. Now, that was customer service! Ishamudin could have said "Sorry, the rooms are not available right now but once ready, I will send someone up to send u the 3rd room card" etc If Ishamudin has no passion to serve, please put him somewhere else. The least he could do is smile (which he didn't at all).
