  • Guest：The hotel located close to the beach but not many shops and restaurants around. Our room has sea view but we have problem with adjusting air conditioners temperature so the room is not cool enough for our comfort even we asked someone to help to fix it. The bed is very comfortable. They only provide free water bottles no tea or coffee but do have mini bar.
  • Guest：We had a superb experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Our room had a bathtub and the room was nicely decorated. The view from our room was top-notch facing the beach. The hotel lobby was perfectly decorated. They have different perks at the hotel and a nice big gym as well. We swam at the pool, joined the yoga class, drank at the bar. In the room, I slept so snugly because the bed was soooo comfortable. Felt so rejuvenated in this hotel. The service from the bellboy to the reception and breakfast area was superb. They even helped take the golf bags from the car. I would stay here over and over again.

Check-in was smooth and they made sure all my requests were handled professionally. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. I also appreciate how responsive the hotel team was when I communicated with them about special arrangements. Overall, Four Points Danang offers great service, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Danang!
  • Guest：The room is fine and clean. Beds are good. But the lifts are so slow and insufficient, rush hour need to wait around 10 mins or more to get down from room to lobby.
