  • Guest：The pictures are better than what it actually is. I paid $170 for one night and we didn’t have hot water, the elevators were broken. Paid $25 a day for parking. I am the type to pay whatever for quality, but this hotel didn’t meet the expectations.
  • Guest：Check in was quick. Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
  • Guest：Room service didn’t come the entire stay. They never provided us with new sheets, towels, or take our trash. Someone also left a large bag of trash in front of our door. There was also mold and dead skin floating in our ice bucket.
  • Guest：Only stayed 1 night, but room was very clean, breakfast was fresh and great, and front desk staff was very helpful with questions. We would definitely stay again!
