Guest：This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. The service is very good, the rooms are clean, everything is just wonderful.
Guest：Super friendly and accommodating front desk staff Room was very large and clean, super comfortable bed. Loved the large open central area While we didn’t eat at the property, the diner is as a 2 minute walk away and we loved it Perfect location for us as tourists with no vehicle as we wait for our cruise.
Guest：The entire hotel was really worn down and weathered looking. It did not look at all like any other Sheraton that I’ve been to, and I don’t mean that in a good way. The staff was nice, it wasn’t their fault, just a hotel in terrible condition.
Guest：Staff was courteous, especially restaurant waitstaff at breakfast. Hallways were dirty. Trash cans at elevator overflowing for 2 days. Same bits of paper and plastic on carpets the whole 8 days we stayed.
