Guest：We visited Citrus Hotel Hikkaduwa for a day outing with my family, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is quite old, and some areas definitely need renovation. The rooms could be upgraded, and the swimming pool requires attention as many tiles are damaged and need fixing. The food was okay. That said, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, which truly made our visit enjoyable. The swimming pool attendants did their job very well, and the Front Office Manager was excellent and handled everything professionally. A special mention goes to Dammi, the hotel animator. He is a truly wonderful person with great experience in the hotel industry. He explained everything clearly, especially about the sea conditions, which was very helpful for us. His grooming, style, and positive attitude really stood out. Dammi made our morning special with beautiful music and also organized a lovely independent celebration by inviting all hotel guests to the lobby. He is an outstanding animator and does an excellent job. My wife and children were very happy with our visit, and we enjoyed our time at Citrus. We hope that when we visit again, the hotel facilities will be improved. We look forward to coming back. Wishing all the staff the very best, and see you again.

Guest：Ich habe mich hier von Anfang bis Ende herzlich willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind ger?umig, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die meisten R?ume haben sogar Meerblick, Meeresrauschen inclusive. Au?erdem gibt es jeden Tag neue Hand- und Strandtücher. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich, wobei zu meiner gro?en Freude landestypische Küche serviert wurde, aber für empfindliche Gaumen jederzeit Alternativen vorhanden waren. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer gelegen und im Garten gibt es Liegen und einen gro?en Pool. Das Wasser im Meer ist herrlich warm und man kann Babyhaie, Mur?nen, Schildkr?ten und jede Menge anderer tropischer Fische beobachten. Das überaus freundliche, motivierte und zugewandte Personal tut alles, um den G?sten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Mein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Malsha, Nethmi, Tinusha und Mahesh. I hope we will meet again.
